A new city area is planned 40 mins drive from Changsha, the capital city of hunan province. Our propose is to enhance the inter-city rail way transportation system, which integrates this new city area into the regional fabric.
A monorail system is adapted into our design. The 240 and 180 meters tall town towers are connected by a circular podium, which serves as one of the terminals of monorail system, as well as the observation deck of XiangJiang River, the commercial and social infrastructure of the new city. This strategy leads to a distinctive form of a U-shape Magnet looking landmark.
