The 20 hectares industry plant in Songjiang District, Shanghai, is to be transformed to a movie and digital entertainment industry park. By carefully analyzing the existing structures and buildings, they are categorized based on their structure condition, space dimension, year of construction. And we try to adapt the existing features as much as possible to create Film studios, Post production center, Commercial street, Headquarter of movie companies and Riverside park with scenic zones.
